Counting is a fundamental first step in arithmetic. In this activity your student can practice counting and addition by using balancing blocks. Place the blue blocks on the scale until the values are equal. Count the blocks as you go and then review the equation at the end.

This research-based course focuses on computational fluency, conceptual understanding, and problem-solving.
